Our workshops are designed to uncover, disrupt, support and inspire your athlete within

Over 3 packed hours, we will give you heaps of information, share as much as we can from our vast knowledge, give you frameworks and strategies to take home and even go through some hands on techniques to get you started on your journey.

You will walk away with a new outlook, energised by the possibilities and empowered by awesome tools that can get you well on the way to living a more active and athletic life.


The archenemy of the athlete within is sedentary life. Sitting for a long period of time is not the best strategy. We will keep things moving, literally, so you can absorb information as well as practice how it is to be the athlete within. We’ll explore ideas, answer your questions and share stories in a highly interactive format.


To help you rediscover your athlete within we follow our 6 part process. You will gain knowledge and understanding of your inner athlete gradually, building your confidence as you are taken through the different stages.


One of the main points of our workshops is to ensure you have as much practical strategies and frameworks to take home with you and use every day. This will fuel your “why” and help you keep the momentum going.

We are running workshops in Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart. The locations may vary but they’ll always be central so it’s easy for you to reach the venue.

As the workshop are kept small, we offer dates throughout the year so if you miss out be assured there will be more popping up: join our community on Facebook to be up to date with all our projects.


Our workshops run 3.5hrs and they’re designed to be cosy, nurturing and inspiring so you can reconnect with your Athlete Within and let it shine. 

We will provide all the material you need (and more) to get the most out of the whole experience. There’ll be a mix of presentations and hands on exercises, including diving into some techniques Dr Brett has used through the years in his rehab clinic, so come with an open mind and comfy clothes – your athlete within will thank you for it.

There’ll be special refreshments served during your break to help you refuel your brain while you have a chance to move those legs and meet the other workshoppers. 


The workshop is $330 – no more no less.
